By accessing and using the website and booking services from AR Events & Wedding Planner, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
All bookings are subject to confirmation by AR Events & Wedding Planner. A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking. Payment for services must be completed as per the payment schedule agreed upon during the consultation.
30+ Days Before Event: 50% refund of paid amount
15-30 Days Before Event: 25% refund of paid amount
Less than 15 Days: No refund, amount forfeited
AR Events & Wedding Planner will provide the services as outlined in the booking agreement. We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill all requirements but are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
All content on our website, including designs, logos, and images, are the property of AR Events & Wedding Planner and cannot be reproduced without permission.
AR Events & Wedding Planner is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the website or services.
AR Events & Wedding Planner reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
